Lamb Confusion

I went to IGA today to but Oreo's to make my second batch Oreo Surprise CupCakes. Not that there was anything wrong with the first batch, more that the first batch was so good that I had to make a second (and both batches made within a 3 day period). As I was saying I went to IGA, being a foodie I love looking at different produce to see what's in, what's on special and what looks good and I happened to look at the legs of lamb that they had in stock. Confusion entailed as there were three different prices on display. Two were on specials sheets and the other was on the price sticker on the lamb itself. Have a look at the picture

as you can see there are two different specials prices, yet the sticker price (which you may not be able to see in this picture) says $7.99 per kilo.

Well that is one way to split the difference.
